Effective leadership demands the development of great communication abilities. To convey a sense of urgency and zeal to others, a leader must be able to impart information and ideas to others. Spreading or sharing a message is useless if the leader is unable to properly communicate and inspire people to take action. A good leader will have a great impact on others.
